Movers Not Shakers is a friendly innovative removals company based in London. They want to try social media for two reasons: The usual, being a marketing communications channel (Hi, we are here, let us handle your removals), and the innovative (We are driving a van to a city and have free capacity on the way back! Fancy having something moved on the cheap?)
Social Media is exactly right for these sorts of money- and resource saving ideas so I’m excited Mike is trusting me to advise him on getting started.
We are on twitter as @moversonline. There’s a hashtag (#tweetmovers) for these free capacity notifications. We’ll obviously need all the help we can get to get the word out and get things rolling (heh), but I personally think it’s a brilliant idea.
